  1. Lead with the 30-second moment. Show the sidekick doing something real for the prospect within 60 seconds.
  2. Don’t pitch the platform; pitch the calm. They have 15 tools. We give them 1.
  3. Anchor on ICP. If they’re not in our ICP, refer them out — we’re a focused product, not a horizontal AI tool.
  4. Pricing is simple. Per-seat. No enterprise SKU yet. Annual = 2-month discount.
