What it is
Section titled “What it is”The first screen a user sees on login, and the default home for the Sidekick. The 30-Second Rule is satisfied here or nowhere.

Sections
Section titled “Sections”| Section | Purpose |

The Sidekick section structure is fixed — new apps must NOT add their own thread/chat sections.
The Smart Brief
Section titled “The Smart Brief”Curated daily summary surfacing:
- Today’s top priority items (top tasks + calendar events)
- Recently active threads needing response
- Brain doc suggestions based on the day’s expected work
Designed to satisfy the Clarity experience of the 30-Second Rule.
Empty state
Section titled “Empty state”For a brand-new workspace, the Dashboard explicitly guides the first Sidekick interaction:
- “Name your Sidekick” (if not done)
- “Try a prompt” (suggested first message)
- “Connect an integration” (Slack or Google — see Marketplace)
Sidekick integration
Section titled “Sidekick integration”The Dashboard is the Sidekick’s home. No tools — read-only chrome around the Sidekick experience.
